Once you complete the eligibility quiz and create your 123 Citizen account, your journey officially begins. You’ll start by filling out a questionnaire that gathers all the necessary information to complete your USCIS forms. Throughout the process, you’ll be prompted to upload documents that support your application and verify your eligibility for the immigration benefit you’re seeking.
123 Citizen will also handle the translation of any government-issued documents required by USCIS. Once your questionnaire is finished and all supporting documents have been uploaded and translated, you can submit your application for review. Standard cases undergo a 123 Citizen accuracy check, which ensures that the information on your forms matches your supporting documents and is free of grammatical and spelling errors. Premium, Deluxe, and Professional cases will receive a legal review from an independent immigration attorney. Reviews are completed within 5-10 business days.
After the legal review, you’ll be assigned a case manager who will provide you with feedback from the attorney and simple, step-by-step instructions on how to update your application. Once you make the necessary changes, we’ll ship the completed application to your home or a FedEx office for pickup. All you need to do is sign the forms, include any applicable USCIS fees and passport-sized photos (if required), and mail the package to USCIS using the detailed instructions we provide.

If you want a simple, streamlined process with the reassurance of attorney document review, the Essentials package is a great choice. However, if you prefer direct consultations with an immigration attorney to feel more confident about your case, consider the Enhanced or Professional packages. If you need personalized advice, help with your interview, or just want more in-depth support, the Professional package is ideal, offering three attorney consultations. While the Enhanced package offers great value, the Professional package provides the highest level of support.
Please note: 123 Citizen is not a law firm. We connect you with independent immigration attorneys through our network.

123 Citizen collaborates with a network of independent immigration attorneys to review applications for customers who select our premium, deluxe, and professional packages. These legal reviews typically include recommendations for improving accuracy and completeness, along with tailored legal advice to help ensure your application is well-prepared for submission to USCIS.
IMPORTANT: Standard application packages do not receive a legal review from an independent immigration attorney. Instead, a 123 Citizen case manager checks for spelling errors, grammar issues, and consistency. Please note, 123 Citizen employees cannot provide legal advice. If you want the reassurance and legal guidance from an immigration attorney, we recommend choosing a premium, deluxe, or professional package.

The timeline for finalizing your application depends on how quickly you complete your forms, upload your documents, and submit for review. On average, it takes about two weeks from start to finish, but some people move faster, while others take a bit longer. At SimpleCitizen, we strive to provide feedback as quickly as possible. Reviews are processed in the order they are received, and typically take 5-10 business days. Once your review is complete, a 123 Citizen case manager will share the feedback with you and guide you through the next steps. After implementing the feedback, depending on your package, we’ll either send you a final PDF or ship your complete application to your address or a pickup location, ready for you to sign and submit to USCIS.
