We are committed to accuracy and stand behind our work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If your application is denied by USCIS due to an error on our part, we will refund 100% of your SimpleCitizen service fees. In certain cases, we may also reimburse your USCIS fees—up to $3,000—depending on the application type.
While we strive for precision, we cannot guarantee specific legal outcomes. For instance, a correctly completed marriage-based green card application may still be denied due to factors beyond our control. Refunds are only available for errors directly attributable to us.
Rest assured, we support you every step of the way until a decision is made on your application. If you are not satisfied, you may qualify for a refund under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, subject to our refund policy.
Important Notes:
SimpleCitizen collaborates with independent immigration attorneys for legal reviews, but our platform is self-service. Applicants are responsible for implementing attorney suggestions. If an application is denied due to a decision not to follow legal guidance, it is not covered under this guarantee.
If a client chooses to respond to USCIS requests without SimpleCitizen’s assistance and is denied, they will not be eligible for a refund under this policy.
